Overview
Formerly Banyan Cay Resort & Golf (and before that the President Country Club), this Nicklaus-redesigned course was bought in 2024 by the Witkoff Group and Access Industries and reopened that autumn as Dutchman's Pipe, a small-membership private club with initiation reported to start at $300,000. A roughly $10 million renovation stretched it to about 7,300 yards, rebuilt every bunker with Capillary Concrete, added waste areas, regrassed fairways and rebuilt the practice facility. Overnight guests of the on-property hotel have reportedly been able to play.
