Great Hills Country Club

Overview

Opened in the early 1970s on one of the higher points in northwest Austin, Great Hills is a member-owned club with a Don January and Billy Martindale design. The open front nine follows ridges with long Hill Country views, while the back nine drops into creek-lined, tree-framed holes with more water in play. The white-sand bunkers around the dramatic par-3 17th are a signature look.
