Overview
Pete Dye's Mountain Course at La Quinta Resort & Club is routed right up against the Santa Rosa Mountains, using rock outcroppings, pot bunkers and raised tees to shape its holes. At 6,666 yards from the tips it rewards precision over power, and the par-3 16th, played into a natural rock cove, is its signature hole. Green fees include a shared cart and practice-facility use, and tee times are open to resort guests and the public.
