Overview

Added in 1988, the Pete Dye Challenge is the toughest of Mission Hills' three courses, carrying a 143 slope from the 6,975-yard gold tees. Dye's trademarks show up in narrow fairways, raised greens and dramatic bunkering that punish loose approach shots. The course was originally named for Dinah Shore before that name moved to the tournament course in 1994.
