City-owned championship course on the San Leandro shoreline, redesigned by John Harbottle as a Scottish links-style layout and operated by American Golf. It stretches to 7,015 yards from six tee options with views of the bay, the Peninsula and the San Francisco skyline. The facility adds a lighted two-tier driving range and The Landing at Monarch Bay bar and grill.
