Overview
The Old Course at Monarch Dunes is a links-style public layout by Damian Pascuzzo and Steve Pate that opened in 2006 within the Trilogy community on the Nipomo Mesa. Wide, firm fairways are framed by sandy dune-like mounding, native grasses and lakes, and the par 71 stretches to 6,830 yards from the Black tees. It hosts the annual Nipomo Amateur, played there in January 2026, and the club also operates a separate Challenge Course.
