Overview
The Monarch is a 1997 Len DeBoer design at the Royal Highlands community in southern Leesburg, playing about 6,000 yards from the Tiger tees. Fairways are mostly flat on gently rolling ground surrounded by preserved wetlands, and lakes affect roughly half the holes; public tee times are taken alongside a membership, and the Crown & Shield restaurant is on site.
