Overview
The championship course at the Rancho Bernardo Inn resort opened in 1964 to a William F. Bell design and has since been reworked by Ted Robinson Sr. and the Schmidt-Curley team. The par-72 layout runs about 6,600 yards from the back tees through mature trees in the inland valleys north of San Diego, with four par 3s and four par 5s. Carts are included with green fees and the resort offers lodging and dining on site.
