Overview
The City of Seymour bought the former country club in 1999 and runs it as the Salt Fork Recreational Complex, two miles south of downtown toward Throckmorton. The nine-hole course is considered forgiving and draws players from Wichita Falls and Dallas; the complex also has a golf simulator, pool, tennis court and stocked fishing ponds, with memberships or day passes.
