Overview
The Colony is a private club in the Pelican Landing area whose par-72 course was designed by former U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate and opened in 1999. A $3.1 million renovation in 2017 regrassed the entire course with salt-tolerant Platinum Paspalum, and holes play past lakes and preserve land. The Troon-managed club adds a spa, tennis, fitness and dining.
