Overview
The Founders Club is a private golf community developed by London Bay Homes east of I-75 in Sarasota, built around a Robert Trent Jones Jr. design that opened in 2005. The course reaches roughly 7,100 yards and has an unusual balance of five par 3s and five par 5s, set among lakes and preserve land on about 700 acres. Members also have a 24,000-square-foot clubhouse with dining, fitness and Har-Tru tennis.
