The Golf Club of Dallas

Overview

Originally Oak Cliff Country Club, this was Perry Maxwell's final design, completed by his son Press and opened in 1953. The tree-lined par-70 layout favors accuracy over distance with small greens, elevation changes and around 48 bunkers, and it hosted the PGA Tour's Dallas Open from 1958 to 1967. Private until 2012, it now operates as a semi-private club open to the public.
