Overview
The home of golf's rowdiest tournament is a wide-open desert layout built for spectators, with grassy mounding that frames holes like an amphitheater. Water guards the closing stretch, including the drivable par-4 17th and the island-green par-5 15th, and the enclosed par-3 16th is one of the most famous holes in tour golf. Away from tournament week it plays as a fair, resort-friendly test with plenty of risk-reward options.
