Overview
Tom Doak's sandhills-style layout on a 2,400-acre tract in East Texas's Piney Woods, developed by Michael Keiser's Dream Golf group, opened in 2026. The routing crosses pine forest, deep spring-fed ravines and sandy scrubland, with the back nine playing over more rugged ground than the front. A Coore & Crenshaw second course and on-site lodging are planned; currently guests stay in nearby Nacogdoches.
