Overview

Slammer & Squire is the Bobby Weed design at World Golf Village, named for consultants Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. The par-72 course plays through wooded wetlands and old pine forest, with deep white-sand bunkers on the front nine and views of the village towers on the back. At about 6,900 yards from the tips it is the more forgiving of the complex's two courses and is open to public and resort play.
