Overview
'Muny' is a living landmark: in the early 1950s it became one of the first desegregated public courses in the South, and Ben Crenshaw and Tom Kite both learned the game here. The short, tree-crowded layout on UT-owned land in West Austin twists through oaks and cedars with plenty of doglegs. Its long-term future remains under negotiation, with a state preservation district extended to 2027.
