Overview
Formerly Diamondback National Golf Club, this public course in southeast Abilene was designed and built by Abilene resident and 1971 Masters champion Charles Coody and opened in 1999. Playing to nearly 7,000 yards at par 71, it winds among mature oaks and elevation changes while crossing Lytle Creek several times, finishing on bentgrass greens that are rare for a public course in the region.
