Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club

Overview

Arthur Hills laid out this 1994 course at the heart of the Stoneybrook community on Palmer Ranch, where water, wetlands and preserve areas touch 17 of the 18 holes. Kipp Schulties modernized the layout in 2024 and it reopened with all 18 holes in January 2025. Golf privileges are bundled with home ownership, and the club adds tennis, fitness, a pool and dining.
