Overview
Dallas' first municipally owned golf course, opened in 1924 on donated land in East Dallas's Tenison Park. White Rock Creek winds through the layout, which opens with back-to-back par 5s and rewards accurate placement over length. The course hosted the 1968 USGA Amateur Public Links and is part of Lee Trevino's early golf lore.
